What is Time Line Therapy™?
Timeline Therapy is an advanced technique that allows the therapist to access the clients unconscious mind to facilitate rapid transformation.
Timeline Therapy utilizes many NLP techniques and provides a powerful and efficient framework for further turbo charging the already rapid results that NLP can provide to clients.
Timeline Therapy focuses on three primary tasks and achieves outstanding and rapid results in each of these three areas:
- Release Negative Emotions. Releasing suppressed painful emotions from the past has a profound transformational effect. With Timeline Therapy a lifetime of suppressed emotions can usually be released in as little as three to four sessions.
- Release Limiting Beliefs. Limiting Beliefs are released at the same time as negative emotions. Any remaining limiting beliefs usually require less than one session to release and replace with new empowering beliefs.
- Design and create an empowering future. Timeline Therapy provides the mechanism to interact with the unconscious mind to focus it on creating specific future outcomes.
